Where do you deliver film shoot catering?
We deliver to film shoots across central London and the wider M25. Typical destinations include studio facilities (Hackney Wick, Three Mills, Park Royal), location shoots across the City and West End, unit bases at Soho production offices, and fashion-shoot studios across central London.
Outside the central London zone, we can usually still help β send us the location and shoot day and we'll confirm coverage.
How do you handle dietary requirements on a crew?
Crew dietary requirements are some of the most complex catering jobs in London. International casts and crews bring halal, kosher-style, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut allergy requirements all into the same call sheet. A standard caterer manages this with side menus and special orders. We don't need to.

What does film shoot catering cost?

Production catering pricing depends on crew size, format (hot meals vs platters), shoot duration, and delivery location. We send a written quote with the menu, total cost and delivery schedule before you confirm β no hidden charges, no per-person admin fees.
For sustained multi-day shoots, volume pricing applies: 10% off for 50+ meals per week, 15% off for 100+ meals per week. Delivery is included at no additional charge within central London for orders over Β£500 per day.
For one-off small-unit shoots, sandwich and bagel platters from the shop work well and can be ordered directly online without a quote.

Do you provide hot meals or just cold platters?
Both. Our hot meal packs include chilli beef, honey garlic salmon, chicken pasta, chicken curry and chef's mix in 10, 20 or 40-portion variants. Cold platters include sandwiches, bagels, salads and sweet/savoury combinations.
How are crew allergens and dietary requirements managed?
Every item carries Natasha's Law allergen labelling. The kitchen is 100% nut-free at the structural level, halal-certified throughout, and over 60% of the menu is gluten-free as standard. For crews with complex dietary mixes (halal, vegan, coeliac, dairy-free in the same call sheet), this is handled by default rather than as a special order.
Do you accept last-minute production orders?
Where our kitchen schedule allows, yes. Productions move fast and we do our best to accommodate short-notice changes. WhatsApp the kitchen is the fastest route for last-minute bookings.
Can crew collect from your shop?
Yes. Our shop at 42-44 Carter Lane (EC4V 5EA, near St Paul's) is open MondayβFriday and crew can collect orders directly when delivery isn't workable.
