Every tray and platter is prepared in our nut-free, peanut-free kitchen in St Paul's. Use this guide to check allergens and quickly filter for options that suit you.
Important
We follow strict allergen controls and clear ingredient labelling. Because we do not use peanuts or tree nuts as ingredients in our kitchen, we are a safer choice for many customers with nut allergies.
If you have a severe allergy (or multiple allergies) or coeliac needs, please tell us before ordering so we can confirm the best options for you.
Beyond the 14 major allergens
If you react to ingredients beyond the 14 major allergens (for example: onion, garlic, coconut, banana, spices such as sumac or pink peppercorn), please contact us before ordering — we'll help confirm the best options for you.

Does "Not listed" mean it's safe?
"Not listed" means that allergen is not used as an ingredient in that item. Our allergen matrix is based on our recipes, ingredient specifications and strict kitchen controls.
Do you cater for coeliac or multiple allergens?
Yes. This allergen matrix is designed to help customers with coeliac disease or multiple allergens filter our menu and select suitable options quickly.
How should I place larger catering orders?
