All our vegan meals contain more protein than other vegan meals on the market

All our meals are high in protein which is important for gaining muscle, high performance and mental
well-being. We use complex carbs which give you energy for longer and good fats which will help you
absorb certain vitamins. Our unique way of cooking uses herbs, very little oil and no preservatives to give
you delicious, clean tasting food.

How it works

1. Choose your meals

Keep things simple and order online from our selection of prepared, healthy meals.
Our high calorie meals are designed for those who want to gain muscle, and our low calorie meals will
help you to lose weight and obtain lean muscle. All our meals will allow you to overhaul your eating
pattern and make some positive changes towards a healthy lifestyle.

Please consult a nutritionist or use our calorie calculator to ensure you are consuming the
correct amount of calories you need for your health and fitness goals.

2. Delivered fresh

Our tasty, healthy meals are delivered straight to your home.
We deliver to London and Greater London regions on Tuesdays and Fridays only.

3. Store and reheat

Keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Heat up the meals in the microwave and you’re good to go in 1.5 to 2 minutes.
Then spend the rest of your day confident that you can fill your body with healthy and enjoyable food.
