Collect your team’s dietary requirements in one link
Stop chasing DMs and keeping a tally in your head. Share one link, everyone fills in their own requirements privately, and you get the totals — gluten-free, vegan, halal, and the severe allergy you absolutely cannot miss.
Asking a room “any allergies?” doesn’t work
You get silence — then a hand at 11:45 on the day. Nobody announces their coeliac diagnosis across an open-plan office, and people will quietly eat nothing rather than make a fuss. So give them somewhere private to tell you.
Create your list
Event, dates, roughly how many people. Takes 20 seconds.
Drop the link in Slack
Or Teams, or email. Everyone fills it in on their phone in 30 seconds.
Watch the totals build
Your private dashboard counts it up live, and tells you who’s still to reply.
Send it to the kitchen
One button. Ours, or anyone’s — it’s your list.
What you get back
Not a spreadsheet you still have to add up. The actual numbers you cook from.
2 coeliac

Start your list
Free, and yours to keep. You’ll get a share link and a private dashboard.
✅ Your list is ready
Two links — and we’ve emailed them both to you, so you can’t lose them.
Lost your dashboard link?
It happens — it’s a long link and it only lives in your inbox. Put in the email you used and we’ll send a fresh one.
🔒 Why people will actually tell you the truth
- Nobody sees anyone else’s answers. Not the team, not the channel. Only you.
- Names are optional. Someone who won’t put their name to a coeliac diagnosis can still tell you — and they still count in your totals.
- It’s deleted after your event. Not archived, not anonymised. Deleted.
- We never sell it, and it never goes anywhere else.
That isn’t small print. It’s the reason people answer honestly — and honest answers are the only reason the food is right on the day.
Questions
Is it really free?
Yes, and there’s no catch to find. Use it for a shoot we don’t cater, or a party we never hear about. We built it because we’re a nut-free kitchen and we think this job is harder than it should be. If it makes you think of us when you do need feeding, good.
Do I need an account?
No. You get two links — one to share, one to keep. That’s the whole thing.
Do my team need an account?
No. They tap the link, answer five questions on their phone, done. About 30 seconds.
Can my team see each other’s answers?
Never. Each person sees only their own form. Only you, holding the dashboard link, see the answers — and you can leave your name off entirely if you’d rather.
What happens to the data?
It’s deleted 30 days after your event. Allergies and faith requirements are special-category data under UK GDPR, and the honest way to protect data is not to keep it.
Can I use it and order from someone else?
Yes. It’s your list — the summary is a plain block of text you can send to any caterer.
What if someone has a severe allergy?
They tick that they carry an EpiPen, and it goes to the top of your dashboard in red. If you order from us, we keep that ingredient out of the kitchen for your event entirely — not on a separate plate. Our kitchen is dedicated nut-free already, so the most dangerous one is never there in the first place.
