Terms and Conditions of Supply
- Vanda's Kitchen will supply, on request, its food and drink products to corporate account holders and registered customers.
- Vanda's Kitchen will deliver only to sites expressly agreed in advance between the customer and Vanda's Kitchen. Delivery shall be free of charge only where the minimum order requirements have been met, or where a waiver has been agreed in writing.
- Vanda's Kitchen undertakes to make deliveries within the chosen time slot, subject to orders being received before 2:00 PM on the preceding working day. Orders placed after this time are not guaranteed for the requested delivery slot — we will contact you to discuss available options.
- Same-day orders are subject to availability and must be confirmed by phone on 07366 766 882 before placing the order online.
- All orders should be placed via our website unless otherwise agreed by management. Orders placed by any other means may not be accepted.
- In the event that any products supplied by Vanda's Kitchen are considered unacceptable, we undertake to replace or refund them, provided that:
- The customer informs Vanda's Kitchen within 1 hour of delivery.
- The products are retained for inspection by Vanda's Kitchen. This requirement may be waived at our discretion.
- The products have been stored appropriately in accordance with the food safety requirements set out below.
- All cold food supplied by Vanda's Kitchen should be refrigerated on receipt and consumed within 4 hours. All hot food must be maintained at 63°C or above and consumed within 2 hours of delivery.
- Each delivery will be accompanied by a delivery note or invoice, which must be signed by an authorised representative. The delivery note or invoice shall be deemed correct upon receipt of an authorised signature. Any queries or disputes must be raised within 24 hours of receipt.
- Payment terms for corporate accounts are monthly, due at the end of each calendar month. Vanda's Kitchen reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts and may suspend deliveries until an outstanding balance is settled in full.
- Vanda's Kitchen reserves the right to review pricing at any time in the event of substantive changes in raw material or operational costs. Account holders will be given reasonable notice of any pricing adjustments.
- Payments may be made by bank transfer (BACS), online, or by card.
