Catering for NHS teams, training days and hospital events
Food for a workforce where somebody always has an allergy, and somebody always eats halal. Made in a 100% nut-free kitchen in the City, labelled to Natasha’s Law, and delivered to the seminar room — not left at a reception desk three floors away.
Who we feed in the NHS
Two very different people order from us, and we are set up for both.
Departments and staff teams
Training days, inductions, away days, audit meetings, staff wellbeing sessions and team lunches. You order it, we deliver it, and every item arrives labelled.
Companies running events inside hospitals
Pharma, diagnostics and medtech teams catering a seminar or an educational meeting in a hospital seminar room. We deliver to the room, on the day, on time.
Memorials and wakes
When a hospital says goodbye to one of its own, everyone from every part of that person’s life is in the room — and every one of them should be able to eat. Wake catering.
Why an NHS team is exactly who we built this for
No workforce in the country is more mixed. On any ward there is a severe nut allergy, a halal diet, a vegan, someone avoiding gluten — and a manager trying to order one lunch that works for all of them.
A dedicated nut-free kitchen
Not “nut-free options”. No nuts have ever entered our kitchen — no shared equipment, no shared surfaces, nothing to risk-assess.
Halal, from the same table
No pork and no alcohol on the premises, and halal sourcing that is independently checked — so nobody gets a separate, lesser box.
Labelled to Natasha’s Law
Full allergen labelling on every item. Nobody has to interrogate a delivery driver, and nobody has to take a chance.
A whole training week, one checkout
Connected Catering lets you plan each day separately — different food, headcount and cost centre per day — and pay once.
What delivery costs to your hospital
The NHS estate is spread right across London, so we will not pretend one price fits all. Here is the real cost, by hospital. You see it before you pay — no quote, no call-back.

Barts is 0.3 miles from our kitchen. If your hospital is not listed, put your postcode into the basket and it will tell you the exact cost before you commit.
✅ Yes — your coeliac and severely allergic colleagues can eat
Our kitchen is dedicated nut-free — no nuts have ever entered it, so there is nothing for you to risk-assess. Gluten gets the same seriousness rather than a caveat: a separate gluten-free fryer, separate gluten-free freezers, and gluten-free food built to gluten-free recipes rather than adapted from something else. Gluten-free runs right through the menu rather than being a token option or two, and every item is labelled to Natasha’s Law. Coeliac customers order from us regularly — that is how the kitchen is built, not a favour we do.
Questions NHS teams ask
Can you deliver to a seminar room or a ward, not just reception?
Yes — tell us the building, floor and room in the delivery note and we will take it there. Hospital sites are big; food left at a main reception is food nobody eats.
Is the food really nut-free?
Yes. Our kitchen is dedicated nut-free — no tree nuts, no peanuts, no nut oils, in any recipe or ingredient. That is why schools, nurseries and clinical teams use us.
Is it safe for a coeliac colleague?
Yes. We run a separate gluten-free fryer and separate gluten-free freezers, and our gluten-free food is built to gluten-free recipes rather than adapted. Gluten-free runs right through the menu, and every item is labelled. Coeliac customers order from us regularly.
Can we order for a whole training week and bill it to different cost centres?
Yes. Connected Catering lets you plan each day separately — different menu, headcount and cost centre per day — and check out once.
What is the minimum order?
£150 in our closest zones (the City, Holborn, Bankside — which covers Barts, Guy’s, GOSH and Moorfields), and £200 further out. Delivery is free over £250 in those closest zones and over £600 elsewhere.
How much notice do you need?
Order by 2pm for next-day delivery, Monday to Friday.
