Frequently asked questions
Delivery, allergens, ordering and wholesale — the short answers. Anything not here, just ask.
Delivery
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across central and inner London, Monday to Friday, zoned by distance from our kitchen at 42–44 Carter Lane, EC4V 5EA — from the City core out to Hammersmith, Greenwich and beyond. Enter your postcode at checkout to see your exact delivery fee before you pay.
How much is delivery?
It depends on distance from our kitchen. Delivery is free in our walking-distance zone, £12.50 in the City core, Holborn, Bankside and Spitalfields (free over £250), and from £17.50 to £35 further out (free over £600). You always see the exact fee for your postcode at checkout — never an estimate.
How far ahead do I need to order?
Order by 2pm for next-day delivery, Monday to Friday. After 2pm the earliest date moves on by a day. Quiches and hot meal packs need two working days — everything is made fresh, and these take an extra day of kitchen prep.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Yes — at checkout you can pick a delivery window between 7am and 6pm, and we'll aim to arrive within it. If you need a tighter time than the window allows, add it in your delivery notes and we'll do our best.
Can I leave delivery instructions?
Yes — and please do. The more you tell us, the more likely your food arrives in the right place, first time. Helpful notes include: the loading bay or which entrance to use; the floor, room or desk; the security or reception process; who to call on arrival; and any timing constraints. Add these in the notes field at checkout.
Do you deliver at weekends?
Saturday delivery is available on request for events. We arrange each one directly, so please give us as much notice as you can — get in touch with your date and postcode.
What's the minimum order?
£150 for City and central postcodes, £200 for outer zones. The minimum for your area shows at checkout.
Allergens & our kitchen
Is the kitchen really nut-free?
Yes. We're a dedicated nut-free kitchen — no tree nuts or peanuts are used in any recipe or ingredient, so there's no "may contain" to interpret.
Are you halal?
Yes — independently halal-certified, with no pork or alcohol on the premises.
Can you cater for coeliacs?
Yes. Gluten-free food is made with a separate gluten-free fryer and separate gluten-free freezers, to gluten-free recipes rather than adapted — and over 60% of our menu is gluten-free as standard. Every item is labelled to Natasha's Law. If anyone eating has a severe allergy, please call us before the food is served.
Can one order cover different dietary needs?
Yes — that's the point. A single order can cover halal, coeliac, vegan and nut-allergic colleagues at the same table. To collect a room's dietary needs privately, use our free Everyone Eats tool.
What food hygiene rating do you have?
A 5-star food hygiene rating. We've also supplied Selfridges Food Hall for over three years.

Do you do wholesale?
