What is the minimum order for the City?
£150, excluding delivery. EC1, EC2, EC3 and EC4 is in our Zone 1 — City core.
How much is delivery to EC1, EC2, EC3 and EC4?
£12.50 per delivery, and free once your order for that day passes £250. If your office is in EC4V, EC4Y, EC4M, EC4N or EC4A, delivery is always free — you are within walking distance of our Carter Lane kitchen and we hand-carry it to you.
Is the food really nut-free?
Yes — not "nut-free options", but a kitchen with no nuts in it at all. No tree nuts, no peanuts, no nut oils, in any recipe or ingredient. That is why schools, nurseries and offices with severe allergies use us.
Is it halal?
Yes. We are Halal Friendly List certified, with no pork or alcohol on the premises and halal sourcing that is independently checked.
Can I order for a whole week at once?
