We update you on WhatsApp, or phone you, whenever you ask where your delivery is.
Delivery fees
We deliver Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery is by request, so message us on WhatsApp. Delivery is priced by distance from our kitchen at 42-44 Carter Lane, EC4V 5EA, and the exact fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Common questions
How much notice do you need?
Order by 2pm for delivery the next working day. After 2pm, the next available day moves on by one. Hot meal packs and quiches need 48 hours (two working days), and if one is in your basket it sets the date for the whole order. Christmas roasts and Wellingtons of 50 or more portions also need two working days.
Do you do same-day delivery?
Sometimes. We can occasionally manage same-day catering delivery from our City of London kitchen, depending on the kitchen's day. Message us on WhatsApp as early as you can and we will tell you straight away whether we can do it.
What is the minimum order?
£150 in Zones 0 to 2 and £200 in Zones 3 to 5.
Is delivery free?
Within walking distance of our kitchen (Zone 0) delivery is always free, with no minimum spend. Further out it is free over £250 in Zone 1 and over £600 in Zones 2 to 5.
How is my order delivered?
We deliver by bicycle courier and electric van. We update you on WhatsApp, or phone you, whenever you ask where your delivery is.
Do you deliver at weekends?
We deliver Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery is possible by request, so message us on WhatsApp.
Is everything labelled for allergens?
Yes. Every item is labelled to Natasha's Law with all 14 allergens, and our allergen matrix lists what is in each dish. Our kitchen is 100% nut-free and fully halal.
Do you offer discounts for regular or large orders?
Yes. Volume pricing is 10% off for 50 or more meals a week and 15% off for 100 or more. Spend £500 in a calendar month and your delivery fees come back as credit toward your next order.
